OUR NEW MUM AND BABY EXPERTS IN ACROSS THE UK

I love helping new mums rediscover their joie de vivre and vitality. We can get buried in day-to-day chores and forget to eat well. Our body is incredible but we need to provide the fuel it needs to keep us going.

Sandrine Olmi, Nutritional Therapy, Surbiton
I love my job! Helping people find their feet in the early days with a baby, to see them thrive as mothers, and to be part of such an important time of their lives is such a privilege, and something I really love!

Janine Ebling, Postnatal Doula, Woking
I have been called ‘The Baby Whisperer’ on more than one occasion. I’ve done a lot of postgraduate training for paediatric complaints and spend a lot of my day treating babies for issues such as feeding difficulties, neck tightness and digestive discomfort.

TOP MUM AND BABY TREATMENTS

POSTNATAL COUNSELLING

We have a wide range of experts who work with postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. CBT, counselling and psychotherapy are often called the ‘talking therapies’ as they offer you the opportunity to talk about whats troubling you, to alleviate symptoms, get perspective and start to feel like yourself again. Our experts will also support you to develop new coping skills to manage your mood, thoughts, and relationships. Your therapist will work with you to find out the best approach to reach your goals.

BREASTFEEDING CONSULTANT

Being prepared for breastfeeding is a lot more than learning the technical basics, like many antenatal services might lead you to believe. It’s often a very emotional journey, which requires guidance, support and feeling safe enough to discuss setbacks and difficulties. Our experts specialise in offering emotional and physical support for basic and complex breastfeeding challenges. Women often come to see us to increase supply, improve latch, reduce pain, or just to learn more!

POSTNATAL FITNESS

There’s so much to think about when you have had a baby that it is often very easy to forget about looking after another important person – you! Your fitness is important, but it can be tricky to know when you are ready to start exercising and what the best exercises are for you after the birth. Our postnatal physiotherapists, osteopaths and personal trainers are there to keep you fit, from buggy fitness classes, pelvic floor training, pilates and yoga. Contact us to book in your fitness package, today!

BABY SLEEP CONSULTANT

Child sleep concerns come in all shapes and sizes. Common issues we work with include difficulties settling a child to sleep at bedtime; frequent night-waking; early-rising; short and/or challenging naps; sleep-related anxiety and moving on from co-sleeping. Our sleep consultants across the UK will listen to what you want to achieve in terms of your family’s sleep and will tell you honestly what is likely to be possible taking into account your child’s age and stage of development.

POSTNATAL DOULA

A postnatal doula offers home support to help you become the mother you want to be. It provides a calming, supportive and helping presence in your home. We have a range of postnatal doulas across the UK for all new mums (whether that be first time, second time, third or fourth time!). We believe that all mums need support, and our packages can be tailored to whether you simply want an extra pair of hands to support you, or whether you need doula support for a specific reason such as a caesarian section or mental health issue.

CHILDREN’S NUTRITION

We understand the pressures busy parents might feel preparing healthy meals for children, day in, day out. Our experts offer children’s nutrition advice, supporting you through the early days, weaning, fussy eating and more. Nutritionists can work with you to provide healthy nutrition for children and infants, with up to date guidelines, expert knowledge and a range of recipes and tips.

NEW MUM SUPPORT
