OUR NEW MUM AND BABY EXPERTS IN SURREY, SUSSEX AND HAMPSHIRE
I love helping new mums rediscover their joie de vivre and vitality. We can get buried in day-to-day chores and forget to eat well. Our body is incredible but we need to provide the fuel it needs to keep us going.Sandrine Olmi, Nutritional Therapy, Surbiton
I love my job! Helping people find their feet in the early days with a baby, to see them thrive as mothers, and to be part of such an important time of their lives is such a privilege, and something I really love!Janine Ebling, Postnatal Doula, Woking
I have been called ‘The Baby Whisperer’ on more than one occasion. I’ve done a lot of postgraduate training for paediatric complaints and spend a lot of my day treating babies for issues such as feeding difficulties, neck tightness and digestive discomfort.Sally Wade, Osteopath, Guildford
TOP MUM AND BABY TREATMENTS IN SURREY, SUSSEX AND HAMPSHIRE
We have a wide range of experts who work with postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma and more. CBT, counselling and psychotherapy are often called the ‘talking therapies’ as they offer you the opportunity to talk about whats troubling you, to alleviate symptoms, get perspective and start to feel like yourself again. Our experts will also support you to develop new coping skills to manage your mood, thoughts, and relationships. Your therapist will work with you to find out the best approach to reach your goals.
Being prepared for breastfeeding is a lot more than learning the technical basics, like many antenatal services might lead you to believe. It’s often a very emotional journey, which requires guidance, support and feeling safe enough to discuss setbacks and difficulties. Our experts specialise in offering emotional and physical support for basic and complex breastfeeding challenges. Women often come to see us to increase supply, improve latch, reduce pain, or just to learn more!
There’s so much to think about when you have had a baby that it is often very easy to forget about looking after another important person – you! Our postnatal physiotherapists, osteopaths and personal trainers are there to keep you fit, from buggy fitness classes, pelvic floor training, pilates and yoga. Contact us to book in your fitness package, today!

Our sleep consultants in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire will listen to what you want to achieve in terms of your family’s sleep and will tell you honestly what is likely to be possible taking into account your child’s age and stage of development.

8 WEEKS TO CONFIDENT WEANING COURSE
We know motherhood is incredible. We also know it can be really tough.
Weaning can feel like another transition period…just as you feel like you’re starting to find a rhythm, it all changes again.
The relationship your child has with food starts with the foundations you lay in the first few years and it can feel like a big responsibility.
Have you been wondering…
- What on earth do I need to buy?
- If I don’t do baby led weaning will my baby become a fussy eater?
- How will I find time to make food and do mealtimes as well as fit in milk, naps and actually leave the house?
- What if my baby has an allergy, how will I know?
- How do I stop my baby choking?!
You don’t need to do it all on your own – with the 8 weeks to weaning confidence course, you’ll get a comprehensive workshop delivered by Catherine Lippe, Registered Nutritionist, as well as 8 weeks of support to help you navigate those first few months.
- You need support in the middle of the night when it feels like the world is asleep.
- You have endless questions which often results in endless hours of scrolling on Google.
- Which approach is right? Which expert do you trust? And what happens when you try it but you have questions?
The Mother Hive membership connects you with information and support from trusted experts in the important first year after having a baby.
From tips on breastfeeding, advice on how to get more sleep, an introduction to weaning to practical advice on strengthening your pelvic floor, supporting your mental health and promoting self-care through mindfulness. It’s all there, 24/7!
