We have a range of locations across Surrey, with clinic, skype and home visit appointments. Session costs are in the region of £60-85 for individual mindfulness sessions, £250-360 for 8-week group mindfulness courses, and £25 for an individual sensory journey session.

The sessions usually take place in person or on Skype. You will set the agenda, but the practitioner will help you target your goals and focus on how you want to reach them. Action steps can be set up if this is helpful for you. Mindfulness and sensory exercises will be carried out and taught, that you can practice as home to develop your skills. The sessions can be as relaxing, or as focused as you would like. The number of sessions you need will depend on your needs and goals.




We offer a range of individual workshops and courses. In our courses, numbers are limited so group members can get the most of the exercises. During the sessions, a number of guided mindfulness or meditation practices will be carried out, along with some theory of mindfulness, group discussions, and CBT exercises, to cement your knowledge and experiential understanding of the practice. You will be given handouts and homework to complete each week. Our courses are usually 6-8 weeks in total.
