Before your consultation, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire about yours or your child’s sleep, health and wellbeing, and to keep a sleep diary for a few days.
Sleep can be affected by so many factors, and every family is unique, it is important capture everything for the sleep consultant to review before the appointment.
Our experts offer face to face or online consultations which can take place via Skype or video call. Some of our expert sleep consultants offer home visits for the initial appointment. At the consultation, our consultant will discuss the sleep challenges and the impact they have, as well as the ideal outcome.
Once the issues and ideal outcomes have been discussed, our sleep consultant will suggest strategies to improve sleep.
After the consultation, we will send you a summary of the discussion, including a written plan to follow. From here, most of our consultants offer ongoing support for a period of time to help you as you put the plan in to action.

Sophie has been an amazing help to us over the last few weeks, getting our 9-month old baby to sleep better through the night.
