As a trained Sleep Consultant for both adults and children I use evidence and research based techniques, including CTB-i (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) for adults and older children. Optimal sleep is imperative for mental clarity and focus.

Whatever the difficulties you are facing, and regardless of how long you have faced them, I can help you regain the sleep you need using research and evidence based techniques.
Working together for between 2 - 5 weeks (depending on your unique requirements), I will initially holistically assess your current troubles based on a telephone conversation and the completion of a thorough questionnaire. I will then provide you with a Plan for us to work towards which we will discuss during a virtual consultation (using the platform of your choice). I then encourage and empower you to make the suggested changes to aid your sleep, including daily contact by email, text/WhatsApp.

Baby & Infant Sleep Services
Whatever the age of your child, I can help regain peace and harmony in your home. I know first hand that if you child isn't sleeping, then neither are you!
After an initial telephone sleep assessment, I will ask you to complete a thorough questionnaire which will ask for information about all aspects of your child's life, not just their sleep. Based on this, I will write a Sleep plan for us to work with for the 4 weeks we are together. The sleep plan will be discussed during a virtual consultation (using the platform of your choice).
