My focus is supporting women like you with issues that are really stopping them enjoying their life.
I am passionate about helping women become more aware of their thoughts, feelings and habits through hypnotherapy.
My approach also incorporates mindfulness-based acceptance and commitment therapy so that you feel more connected to the present moment and be confident that you are living life aligned to your values.
What is Hypnotherapy?
'Hypno' means 'Sleep' in Greek and is one of the oldest forms of psychotherapy.
Essentially, you are encouraged and supported to deeply relax and focus your attention onto my voice so that you can change or accept your inner experience.
You are always in complete control and together we design a tailored treatment plan so that you can meet your therapeutic goals.
All you need is a comfortable chair, a private room and a pen and paper.
Sessions are fully confidential.

Who Am I
I'm a fully accredited and registered Clinical Hypnotherapist (Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy).
This means that I use an integration of Hypnosis, Mindfulness and CBT so that you can feel more in control of your mind and body.
I also have a degree in Psychology and am trained in Hypnobirthing (KGH) and Traumatic Birth Recovery Rewind Technique.

Sessions are available either online via Zoom or in person at Brighter Spaces in Guildford.
