Step 2: A personal, 90 minute video consultation where we’ll discuss options, think through possible problems, and learn how to approach bedtime, naptime and nightwakings, or any other specific issues you might be dealing with
Step 3: Online future sleep guides
There is an option for pay as you go follow-up with this consult (£50 per follow-up call with email summary of call)

Step 4: To maintain everything once we have finished working together you will have full access to the complete online sleep library / top-up call

Georgia 10 weeks
Georgia's sleeping is great. She slept through the night for the first time the day before she turned 7 months!! That's been her pretty much every night since then. Haven't had to feed her again in the night since she slept through that first time and I think we have actually only had 1 or 2 nights when we had to go through to see her because of illness/teething.
Her naps are great now too, she has two naps, depending on what classes and stuff we have on she usually has 30-45 mins in the morning before we go to classes then a good 2-2.5 hours in the cot in the afternoon.
I'm so much less worried about her sleeping compared to when we were speaking before, I don't even really think about it now. Funny a mum from one of my classes this morning was saying what's Georgias naps like as she can’t get her baby to do longer than 30mins...felt quite good saying one of Georgia's naps is usually at least 2 hours. Can’t thank you enough for all your help though, I don't know where we would be without you!! You were so good and patient with us at phoning and answering all our questions. You did way more and spent a lot more time with us than you needed to but we really do appreciate it
