My holistic approach looks at the big picture of what you have going on right now and where you want to be. This means not only considering what you eat and drink, but also your lifestyle - your job, your home life, sleep, activity levels, plus what you do for fun and relaxation. This information helps me to put together a practical, personalised plan.
Following the discovery call, all plans include an initial consultation and 2 follow up consultations over a 3-6 month period. We always focus on food first, but client plans tend to include recommended supplements, as relevant. Additional consultations/ supplement reviews can be discussed on an individual basis.
Many clients choose to incorporate a private lab test/s, which can help to determine nutrient status, digestive health status or hormone levels. This will be covered with you during the discovery call.
Ideally the initial consultation takes place face-to-face, however a video call may be arranged. Follow-up consultations are usually by video conference or by phone. I offer E-mail support between consultations.
