Funmumsfitness is a Personal training club for Mums with babies or small children, helping Mums to recover after giving birth, lose weight, get fit and strong through mum and baby exercise classes, bespoke personal training and gym classes.
In particular we offer classes and training sessions for Mums who want to be strong and fit, want to know train in a way what is suitable for postnatal women or require help with pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation and weak core.
We are Mums as well, we know how important is to socialise and meet with like minded Mums. Funmumsfitness is a community.
We offer the following services:

Gym classes where Mums can gain confidence and learn what to do in a gym in a supportive group environment
Personal training sessions in Woking and Guildford for Mums who want to train alone and want a personalised workout program
Online personal training sessions via Zoom
Online Workout Program for Mums who are busy and want to do quick workouts at home

Personal Training Sessions
Personal training is not the same as personal training after a baby. Your body is different and we need to treat it differently. We don’t overcome issues by ignoring them, we meet them head-on with kindness, confidence and exercise plans unique to what your body needs.
We often work with women who have come from a different personal training experience, where their needs have not been considered, or training was a matter of doing what worked before having a baby.
As qualified postnatal personal trainers, we know what to do to reach the new you. We understand the sleepless nights, breastfeeding and how your muscles have changed – we’ve been there ourselves too! We will push you hard in a way what is suitable for your body. We will work towards your goals in a way that you’re comfortable with that lets you feel good about your progress.

Mother and Children Classes
Have you ever lifted your child up and worried what might happen in your knickers? Us too! Our Mum and Children workout is designed to teach you safe postnatal strength training to gain confidence and acceptance while you learn to love your body.
Get tailored advice and workout tips to make the session really work for you and meet a whole tribe of likeminded mums at the same time.

Online Workout Program For Mums
If you're a busy mum, who wants to exercise at home, this program is for you. As a member of our group you will receive a 20 minutes long workout every weekday. The workouts are designed for Mums, making sure you get strong and fit in a way what is most suitable for you!
