I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting adults and children wanting to take a more natural approach to their health, whilst still being science-based. In recent years I have shifted my focus to specialise in children's nutrition & wellbeing, advising many parents on the health problems their children are experiencing and supporting those struggling with a fussy eater (having endured one myself!).
I have two sons at primary school and so understand the juggle we women can experience with getting all we need to do done in life, whilst also managing to keep the family healthy and well nourished.
I am also part way through training as a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, having recently completed modules on cardiovascular & Immune system.

Childrens nutrition consultation
Children often respond very quickly to nutritional therapy and improvements to their symptoms and overall health can often be seen within a few weeks. Whilst I can advise on a healthy diet generally, providing lots of ideas for improving a child's nutrient intake, nutritional therapy can also help specific health conditions and concerns:
Fussy or problem eaters
Food allergies and intolerances
Vegan or vegetarian diets
(Diarrhoea, constipation, tummy aches, bloating)
(Eczema, rash, hives, dry skin, spots)
Immune system support
Supplementation in children
COST : Initial Consultation (1 hour) £95 for children. Follow up Consult (45 mins) £60 for children
