Individual CBT sessions
Sessions take place on a weekly basis (this can be flexible)). Face to face sessions take place in North London, online appointments are via a secure video conference call. You can be in the comfort of your own home home and if you need to have your baby or child at home with you, we can still talk.
Sessions are structured around the goals you want to achieve. We'll work on them together and I'll show you skills and strategies to test out in your day to day life to get your life to a better place. I'll get you feeling more confident, less anxious, less stressed and GOOD about yourself as a mum.
COST : £75 per 1 hr session online (an additional room cost applies to face to face appointments)
